Utilities

Electricity is provided through the competitive public power production and distribution system of Nebraska. This includes Nebraska Public Power District and Howard Greeley Public Power. The City of St. Paul provides service within the town. Natural gas delivery is provided by Kinder Morgan Gas Company. Natural gas is competitively purchased from suppliers ACE (Public Alliance for Community Energy), Oneok and SourceGas .

Water is available through the City of St. Paul. A 1990 redesign of water system provided new wells, water treatment plant, and on-going water supply system .

Telecommunications
In the ever-changing environment of telecommunications, St. Paul currently has primary phone services provided through QWEST, with T1 lines in place and fiber optic ring for the town. Other fiber optic, digital, and broadband service suppliers include Charter Communications, Computer Concepts, Cellular One, Alltel, KDS, Cornhusker and others. Long distance land line service is available from many suppliers.

Cemetery

Elmwood Cemetery is located ¼ mile south of St. Paul on Jackson Street extension. The cemetery is maintained by the City of St. Paul. A directory is available at the entrance of the cemetery. Regulations and records are available at the City office. Contact 308.754.4483.
